
Phoenix is an articling student at Samantha Eisen & Company. She received her LL.M. in Canadian Common Law in 2025 from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Prior to moving to Canada, Phoenix was a family lawyer with a leading Hong Kong law firm. She has experience in cross-border family law matters involving asset division, child abduction and relocation. Phoenix worked with both local and expatriate clients, who turned to her for warm and sensible guidance in high-conflict disputes.
Phoenix understands the emotional and practical challenges clients face, and she strives to ensure they feel supported and heard during some of the most difficult times in their lives. She is interested in all areas of family law with particular interest in supporting survivors of gender-based violence and intimate partner violence.
Phoenix is a member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (FACL) and the Law Society of Hong Kong.
